Turns a week of commits into a changelog humans want to read.
I post a build-in-public update every Friday. Writing it took an hour; now it takes four minutes. The trick was not summarising commits - it was grouping them by what a user would notice, which needed a surprising amount of prompt iteration. Showcase only for now.
